Currently, all products sold on Her DIY Studio are digital downloads, and no physical items are shipped. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive instant access to download your DIY templates.

 

Physical Products: Coming Soon!

 

While we do not currently offer physical products, we’re excited to announce that we plan to add them in the future. Please note that when physical products become available, all sales will be final, and refunds or exchanges will not be accepted.

 

However, in the rare event that there is an issue on our end, such as a defective or incorrect item, we will be happy to work with you to resolve the problem. In these cases, please contact us at herdiystudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item to discuss a possible refund or exchange. Proof of the issue may be required.
